:
 
Identify the problems that cause you to not feel
and look your best, and then solve one problem
at a time every day.

Below are some ways to look and feel better.

Problem 1


Not getting enough sleep and looking fatigued.


Ways To Look & Feel Better:

1. Change mattress, try a low cost air bed with dawn comforters on top,
or a 3" to  6" memory foam mattress; the 6" is preferred.

2. Avoid noisy and bright surroundings at night
 by wearing earplugs & eyes cover,
if you live in a dry area with low humidity use
an indoor humidifier and if needed cover your face
with a moist towel.

3. Avoid caffeine 6 hours before bed time, keep away 
from alcohol, meals & sweets 3 hours before bedtime,

4. The best hours to rejuvenate your body and sleep 
are between 8 pm to 12 pm.

 

 



Problem 2


Face is sagging with loss of roundness and defined contours.


Ways To Look & Feel Better:


5. Evaluate fat grafting to the face using your own fat
 to regain volume in your face and body for a more youthful
facial contour and to lift any sagging areas.
Research the best physician possible that advocates local
anesthesia and has a proven track record with substantiated before 
and after pictures posted online and very good reviews. 

6.Consider a dental face lift evaluation, specially if you have 
missing teeth and or have a poor overbite that can cause 
facial deformity that may affect lips plumpness and facial contour.

 7. Consider using products with Hyaluronic Acid (HA), 
Vitamin C, Dermaxyl 3000, Olive Oil, Progeline and verify the
percentage of good ingredients offered. If the product only
offers a minimal 1% of effective ingredients or does not state
the percentage of active ingredients then find the ones that
 offer the higher percentages that might be better for you.
Stay away from products that include alcohol, petroleum
and chemicals and always verify all ingredients
before purchasing a product to avoid harmful additives.

 8. Always alternate your products. Use one with HA for
a week or Dermaxyl the next, or olive oil or castor oil. 
Your face and body do not want to eat the "same lunch" every day,
and requires a variety of nutrients easily available
at low cost to you. So feed your face and body appropriately,
after all it is the largest living organ of your body.

 9. Consider including PRP injections (Platelet Rich Plasma)
 to a facial makeover. This rejuvenating process is
 effective and fast and can be applied to a dental makeover.

 to your body and or mind, check the article on

Like Propylene Glycol in cakes, baby foods and shampoos!

10. . Eat fresh food, vegetables and fruits daily and make
 your own simple dressings with olive oil, lemon juice, 
or cider vinegar and adding natural spices is healthier
than foods and dressings containing preservatives & colors.
 
11. Avoid refined sugars or "fake" sugars containing chemicals,
like Aspartame and products with refined, bleached flour. 
Your body will thank you everyday.

I like to make my own fresh smoothies
by putting mangoes, bananas, grapes,
pineapples and filtered water in a special blender 
every morning and alternating my fruits or vegetables
 as needed.


Did you know?

  Apple seeds
should be removed from an apple
before putting them in a blender to make a smoothie?
 This is because the apple seeds are poisonous to our body. 
It is also best to peel the apple as it may have been
exposed to pesticides and wax spraying 
to make them shine.


12.  A must do: No matter what, exercise every day
at least for 1 hour, by stretching, walk in the ocean
(if not contaminated) for added minerals therapy, or walk
outdoors, or ride a bicycle and get out of the house 
or the office for oxygen therapy, or out of your car if traveling
 to oxygenate the body and brain on a daily basis.
 Rain or shine, staying indoors with a lack of oxygen
 mentally and physically strains the body.
If you are confined in a room; open the windows,
or get an oxygen mini tank, exercise in your bed
by stretching out your arms and legs. It can
be done from anywhere, just keep it to 1 hour
daily for better results.

affect the way we look and feel?


13. Make sure to add extra padding and shock absorbents
 inside your shoes and even inside your sleepers at home.

Ever heard about the expression "my feet are killing me?"
'Think of a vibration created by just 1 step near a glass of water
and how the water shakes from the tremor; well, this is the
exact same tremor that our entire body feels each time
that we make a step. It gets worse when you add extra weight
 and it affects the body, face and the way that we look and feel
because it stresses the body. 

Some shoes have low impact insoles and soft rubber soles
that are gentler on our body; these would be a preferred choice.
Adding extra padding on top of this protects and benefits 
our body to help us feel and look better. 
We are totally worth it!
 
Get wider size pairs of shoes to not restrict the
circulation of your feet that turn toes into unwanted hammers.
Avoid crossing the legs on top of each other as it blocks
 the circulation.


Eating 5 small healthy meals a day can help us 
burn weight and feel better.


14. Eating 5 small meals a day can actually help
lose weight by causing the body to burn more calories
than what was ingested because the body requires
 to spend energy in order to digest the food that was
just ingested and thus do a "work out." 

While eating constantly is a bad habit; eating 5 small
 meals a day like a non fat sugarless yogurt, or
a piece of non fried chicken or fish, a boiled egg, 
or 2 carrots, celery or veggie sticks will do.

*The calories intake also depends on our height
and how active we are. An Olympic swimmer
for example requires an enormous amount of calories
intake a day, while an average smaller woman may
only need 1,500 calories a day. 
 
Eating a small meal by 6 p.m. and not starving the body
 can avoid at least 4 big problems; one of them is a 
headache, the next is to pack extra pounds
 and be tired, and then poor sleep and digestion. 

I eat 5 small meals a day that include
 fresh fruits, veggies, fresh salmon, 
free range chicken and eggs and I keep
away from packaged food that may contain
preservatives, dyes and chemicals. 


 

 

 

 

 


Problem 4

Feeling Moody?

There could be many reasons:

15. You might have supplements and minerals deficiencies
 in your body or some medication and additives may have altered
 your mental and or physical well being.

Lack of Supplements:

I supplement my body daily with the following Vitamins
and eat about 5 small meals a day every 3.30 hours.

Breakfast 
7 am: Grain Bread and butter with 1 cooked peeled apple.
a cup of dark roast coffee
1 Zinc capsule.

 10:30.am 
Smoothie with fruits combo and
1 vitamin A, 1 B complex, 1 B5 and 1,500 mg of powder C 
(emptied capsules in my mouth)
(ABC is easy to remember.)

Lunch: 1:30 pm 
and Dinner 5 or 6 pm

Cooked salmon (not farm raised) or roasted free range chicken
or 2 soft boiled fresh farm eggs,
mixed salad with olive oil, 1 vine tomato, feta or goat cheese,
1 ginseng, 1 vitamin C capsule emptied in a glass of water
or fresh orange juice with pulp.

Right after my dinner I take:
Calcium (1,500 mg), 
Magnesium (750 -1,000 mg powder) 
and D (2,000) every day.
that I chew first.

Note the above dose is for a woman 115-130 lbs
a larger amount may be required subject to weight and body size.


16. Feed your mind. Read inspiring books or articles
 that may fill your current needs, find your way to the local library
 watch movies, read books and visit local book stores too.
Watch fun comedies and listen to uplifting or soothing music,
 
17. Make 1 new friend or two,

18. Adopt or foster a pet for unconditional love or
 emotional support. Animals are truly men's best friends.

19. Go online and identify what could cause you to be moody
and look for more solutions. If you have lost a family member or friend
it could take years for you to heal, so be patient and gentle with yourself.

20. You might be living near a power line,  power plant or
near a freeway or highway that can negatively impact your health.

freeway can impact your health.)

Remember to always remove the problems first rather than
 covering up symptoms with medication, alcohol or other products.

Consult a physician for an evaluation on how to
possibly remove the cause of a lasting problem.

Lack of Oxygen.

 Lack of clean - fresh air in your lifestyle.


Ways To Look & Feel Better:

21. . Get a couple of quiet & efficient ionizers that are easy to clean
 by simply washing the filter. (No filters to buy)
 
22. Get a couple of live plants that generate oxygen in your home
or office even small ones can make a big difference.
Find your best selection online or at the nursery
by checking the plants' benefits.  

23. Keep some secured windows open for fresh air.
Proper airflow in your home is essential to avoid carbon monoxide 
poisoning and other health related hazards like cancer.

24. Go outdoors, do your daily walk, exercise to oxygenate your body, 

25. Exercising indoors is not the best way to oxygenate your body.

26. There is a higher concentration of oxygen when living at low altitudes
 like by the ocean or by the beach than at higher altitude locations, 
like mountains. Unless you live near a freeway or a fuming plant.
In short: Where you live matters.

28. Eat at least two spoons of extra virgin olive oil a day
in a salad, on fresh tomatoes or whole grain bread.

While your face and body is wet with filtered water, apply a small 
amount to your face, neck & body daily and rub it evenly. 
Your skin will feel smoother, nourished and beautified.
